We are a highly collaborative group that is excited about our research and promotes a friendly and diverse working environment.

Our lab culture includes regular meetings with other groups across Plant Sciences, Geography, Zoology, and the Conservation Research Institute, as well as regular social activities throughout the year.

The ideal group member will already have diverse research experience and be highly motivated – the type of person to be excited by the prospect of their next discovery!

They should also be able to work well with others in collaborative team settings. Individuals with strong quantitative skills and a record of excellence in scientific publishing are especially encouraged to apply.

If you are interested in joining us, please email Andrew Tanentzap (ajt65\\@//cam.ac.uk - remove the slashes) with a CV and a description of what you hope to get out of working with us, how your research interests are a good fit to our group, and how your past experiences make you suitable for the independent and often challenging nature of research.

We can then start a discussion about potential funding sources if your application is likely to be a good fit.
